By booking an appointment with Perfect Doll Face you are agreeing to the following policies:

ALL MICRONEEDLE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL APPOINTMENT

Booking Fee: a $40.00 retainer fee is required to hold your appointment date and time this is non-refundable and not a deposit but is put towards your service.

Payment: remaining balance is paid via Venmo,PayPal,Cash App or Card payment to website (due at the beginning of the appointment).

Late fee: there is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments after that 15.00 is added to your remaining balance. If you are running late/can’t make your appointment let me know or feel free to reschedule in advance.

Fine print: There is a $5.00 card processing fee when booking. You may reschedule 2x before new retainer fee is required. Reschedule is to be done 48 hours in advance. In the event that I cancel you your retainer fee will be returned and you can rebook. No call no show = Banned from booking. NO EXTRA GUEST NO EXCEPTIONS.

Weekend appointments are an extra 25.00 (Sun/Sat)
